1. How are these fares different
than buying a ticket from the airline directly?
Booking a ticket with us to much extent is very similar to the tickets you would get directly from the airlines. You can make special meals requests, acquire advanced seat assignments and almost always accumulate frequent flyer mileage. Another benefit is that these tickets are often refundable (with a cancel penalty). All fares mentioned can be paid through a Credit Card / Debit Card. You can also pay at our office or in our account. 3. How and when will I receive
my ticket?
Your request processing will take about 1 business day. Your ticket will be delivered within 5 Days through FedEx or a similar service. Most tickets however are Electronic or "E" tickets. An Email confirmation will be sent which you just have to print for check in. 4. What if I need to
cancel or change my ticket?
If you need to cancel or change your ticket before the flights departure, then let us know as soon as possible through phone. In certain cases the tickets are refundable with deducting a penalty fee. The terms and conditions will also be disclosed to you on the page where you provide your credit card information. If you have to make some alterations in the tickets we will require getting the ticket back before you’re the flights’ departure date and make the required alterations. Some airlines allow alterations in the tickets and some airlines don’t. If the alterations are allowable by the airline there will be a fee reviewed by the airline. If you wish to make a change after departure and that is allowable, you have to fetch your ticket to the airline office or airport at your city and they will make the alterations for you. There is also a change fee required as well (usually $250) and the same booking class will have to be available to make this alterations happen. All of the above alterations are same to what the airlines will charge if you book a ticket from the airline directly. Yes, then in that case you have to send a card authorization form to our company and get signed by the card holder. 6. Why does a price show
however when I go to book it tells me that there is nothing
available for that date?
Our search engine is a bit different from other search engines. We actually show you the cheapest tickets fares that we have without taking availability into account. The next step is then to validate if seat is available for that specific fare. This approach allows you to know the lowest fares in the market. If it is not available, then search again by changing your dates. When they quote you a fare they do not tell you that if you leave the day before you may have saved $500. Wouldn't it be useful to know this in advance? But, we try to do this. 7. How do I contact you? Please select the contact button at the top of the page.
